CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the booked service. NO-SHOW In case of a no-show for your reserved appointment and failure to provide any notification or request for cancellation of the reservation, 100% of the cost of the service will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
